For those of you that are new to RankSheet and don't know about merit lists, here is a brief on what these lists are. RankSheet merit lists are released every month and they contain names of candidates that have taken any of our assessments and done well. The lists are grouped by assessments and are presented in descending order of performance. The aim of the lists is twofold, to encourage healthy competition among candidates so they can be noticed by potential employers and to make it easier for companies to find deserving candidates.
